All original content on this Site — including but not limited to recipes, photographs, graphics, text, page designs, and branding — is the property of Leezi unless otherwise stated.

You may share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you:

• Credit Leezi as the source

• Do not alter, misrepresent, or claim ownership of the content

4. User Conduct

We want this space to feel cozy and welcoming for everyone. When using the Site — including the anonymous message feature — you agree to:

• Not submit content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful
• Not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site
• Not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not spam or flood any feature with repetitive content

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to features at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Anonymous Messages

The Site allows you to send anonymous messages. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• Messages are stored in our backend systems (Cloudflare KV) and may be read by Leezi and the site administrator
• Messages may be shared publicly (e.g., read on stream) at Leezi's discretion
• No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected with your message, but you should avoid including sensitive personal data
• We reserve the right to delete any message at any time, for any reason
• Messages that violate the User Conduct section above will be removed

Submission of a message through the anonymous feature does not create any obligation for Leezi to read, respond to, or publish the message.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site embeds or links to third-party services including Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

7. No Warranty

The Site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied.

In particular:

• We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free of errors
• Recipes are shared for fun and inspiration — results may vary depending on your ingredients, equipment, and cooking skills
• We are not responsible for any kitchen mishaps, burnt food, or overly ambitious donut attempts

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leezi, StriikzLeLama, and any contributors to the Site shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
