We keep data collection to an absolute minimum. Here's exactly what we collect:

Anonymous Messages

When you use the anonymous message feature, the text content of your message is stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value storage service). No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or IP address) is intentionally collected alongside your message.

Cloudflare Analytics

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects basic, privacy-friendly analytics data including:

• Page views and visit counts
• Referring websites
• Browser type and operating system
• Country of origin (approximate)

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, and does not collect personal data. It is designed to be privacy-first.

Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA)

To protect certain features (like the anonymous message form) from bots and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may collect:

• Browser characteristics and interaction patterns
• Session tokens for verification

Turnstile is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It does not require you to solve puzzles and minimizes data collection. For more details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

To be clear, the Site does not:

• Require user accounts or registration
• Collect email addresses, names, or personal contact information from visitors
• Use tracking cookies or advertising pixels
• Sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Track individual users across the web

4. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates or links to the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Cloudflare (Hosting & Infrastructure)

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with a Cloudflare Worker backend. Images are stored in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, headers) as part of its standard infrastructure services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Twitch

The Site embeds a Twitch live stream player. When the embed loads, Twitch may collect data according to its own privacy policy, including cookies and viewing behavior. See Twitch's Privacy Notice.

YouTube

Some content may include embedded YouTube videos. YouTube (Google) may collect data when these embeds load, including cookies and watch history. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Font Awesome (CDN)

We load icons from the Font Awesome CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). This CDN may log basic request data such as IP address and user agent for operational purposes. See Cloudflare cdnjs Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts

The Site loads the Outfit font from Google Fonts. Google may log basic request metadata when the font is loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Social Media Embeds & Links

The Site links to and may embed content from Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other social platforms. Each platform has its own privacy policy governing data collection through their embeds and links.

5. Cookies

The Site itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, third-party embeds (such as Twitch and YouTube players) may set their own cookies when loaded. These cookies are governed by the respective third-party privacy policies listed above.

Cloudflare may also set functional cookies (such as __cf_bm) for security and bot management purposes. These are strictly necessary cookies and are not used for tracking.

6. Data Retention

• Anonymous messages are stored in Cloudflare KV until manually deleted by the site administrator. There is no automatic expiration.
• Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to their standard retention policies.
• Third-party data (from Twitch, YouTube, etc.) is retained according to each service's own policies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the GDPR, including:

• Right of access — You can request information about what data we hold about you (in our case, essentially nothing identifiable)
• Right to erasure — You can request deletion of any data associated with you
• Right to object — You can object to data processing
• Right to lodge a complaint — You can file a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since we do not collect personal data or require accounts, these rights are largely not applicable in practice. However, if you believe any data related to you is stored on the Site (for example, if you included personal information in an anonymous message), please contact us and we will address your request promptly.
